On July 31, 2026, the Secretary of Commerce published a notice reducing the tariff rate for patented pharmaceuticals and associated pharmaceutical ingredients that are products of the United Kingdom from 10 percent to 0 percent. This reduction is effective with respect to goods entered for consumption, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on July 31, 2026.
